When you click on the 'Submit Order' button your order will be transferred to our secure server. Most browsers will display a lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area.
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Items in stock will be dispatched the same day if they are received before 3pm. If there are any changes to this then you will be contacted and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
We offer 3 different postal choices for you to use:
Next Day Delivery will require a signature, so please make sure somebody is at the delivery address to sign for it. If nobody is in the address at the time Royal Mail will leave a card for the recipient to go collect the package from the nearest sorting office.
Most Orders should be delivered within 2-3 days from the date posted, but please allow up to 7 days for your items to arrive. Some parts of the UK including the highlands of Scotland may take longer for deliveries to arrive.
Please be aware that all special delivery orders must be placed and paid before 2PM to ensure delivery next day.
We will deliver our goods all over the world. All international deliveries are sent via Royal mail international signed for. Delivery times for international deliveries vary, but you should receive your international order within 21 days.
Customs + Duty
JAT clothing LTD cannot be held responsible for any customs duty or sales tax that is incurred on arrival of the goods. We send the items in accordance with customs laws around the world and it’s up to the recipient of goods to pay any local taxes or duties.
The kaftans-direct philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 10 days to return the item to kaftans-direct. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
For orders that are ordered for christmas presents, the returns period will be extended for all items to be returned by 10th January.
Please return the goods back to the following address along with your name, order number (found at the top of the invoice) and a specified reason for return

Once returned to us we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.
In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge. Please return the goods back to us along with an order number, your name and the item that you would like in exchange for the returned goods.
