Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Items in stock will be dispatched the same day if they are received before 4pm. If there are any changes to this then you will be contacted and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

We send our orders out by Royal Mails First class, recorded, Special delivery, Parcel Force, or Airmail (international signed for service). We do not accept responsibility for delivery times.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible. And will usually be with you within 3 working days. However please allow upto 7 working days for delivery from order.

Returns Policy

The kaftans-direct philosophy is ' customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 10 days to return the item to kaftans-direct. Return postage charges are the responsibilty of the customer. In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge.

All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
